01 / Event pages, in depth

Event pages that match your brand. The front door of every event you run.

Every section corresponds to a real piece of event data or a proven conversion pattern. You choose the brand, the imagery, the order — the platform harmonizes the rest, and renders it live from the same database that runs registration.

  • 01
Live, not copy-pasted Speakers, program, tickets, sponsors render live from the platform. Add a speaker, the page reflects it. Sell out a tier, availability updates. The page never lies about the event.
  • 02
Your brand, your domain Colors, typography, logos, imagery, custom domains and subdomains. Every visible touchpoint is yours — the attendee sees your organization, never Eventtia.
  • 03
Conversion-tuned by default Nine building blocks — hero, content, speakers, activities, tickets, sponsors, location, FAQ. Each maps to real event data or a proven conversion pattern. No empty canvases.
  • 04
Search and LLM ready Structured data for events, speakers, FAQs, and locations is generated automatically. Meta tags, canonicals, sitemaps handled. Search engines crawl cleanly; large language models quote you accurately.
  • 05
Responsive, no developer required The editor previews mobile, tablet, and desktop side by side. Same event, same branding, every device — no separate templates, no engineering tickets.

02 / Registration, in depth

One registration engine, every scenario. From RSVP to paid conference with group delegations.

One engine for the full attendee lifecycle. The same attendee record flows from registration into check-in and into the post-event analytics, one continuous row across every stage.

  • 01
Forms Branded, multilingual, multi-step, with per-attendee-type flows. No form-builder limits.
  • 02
Payments Multi-currency processing, group orders, invoices, refunds. Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, local processors.
  • 03
Capacity & approvals Waitlists, per-session caps, approval workflows for VIP or invitation-only tiers. The system enforces what your event actually allows.
  • 04
Handoff to on-site Every registration is a check-in record. No CSV exports, no day-of sync. The same row drives the door.

03 / Communications, in depth

Stay in touch with your audience. From save-the-date to post-event thank-you.

Registration confirmations, event reminders, post-event follow-ups, and the campaigns in between. Email, SMS, and WhatsApp, all driven by the same registration data, all measurable.

  • 01
Email, SMS, and WhatsApp One targeting layer across three channels. Segment once, message everywhere. WhatsApp confirmations land with ticket and QR when a phone number is captured.
  • 02
Driven by registration data Approve someone, they hear about it. Edit a session, the affected attendees get notified. Run a check-in, the post-event thank-you knows who showed up. The same database, every send.
  • 03
Visual builder, no HTML Drag-and-drop composition with text, images, buttons, and dividers. Save as templates, reuse across events. Branded across colors, typography, logo placement.
  • 04
Measurable per campaign Delivery, bounces, opens, clicks logged per send. Errors itemized down to the recipient, so you can see what landed and what didn’t before the next batch goes out.
04 / Check-in, in depth

Secure access. Capture the data. At the door, at every session, in every zone.

Native iOS and Android app. Each scan controls access at the checkpoint and feeds the live attendance dashboard. One QR per attendee, offline mode, built for the volume of arrivals you actually face.

  • 01
Native iOS and Android Real apps with real platform integrations — camera, network state, background sync. Runs on the standard tablets and phones you already hand out to hosts. No specialized hardware required.
  • 02
Real-time across every checkpoint Per-checkpoint scans, per-host throughput, arrival distributions, capacity utilization per zone or session. Live in the platform as the event runs, exportable after.
  • 03
Beyond the door: activities and zones Check in attendees at the main entrance, at individual sessions and workshops, at the VIP lounge, backstage, the press room. Each checkpoint restricted by attendee type, so the wrong person at the wrong door is rejected automatically. The same QR opens every layer.
  • 04
Works without a network The roster lives on the device. Scans process locally and queue. When connectivity comes back, the queue syncs automatically. For outdoor venues, patchy coverage, or moments when WiFi gets overloaded.
  • 05
One QR, one attendee record The QR generated at registration is the same QR scanned at the door, at each session, and at every zone. Every scan ties back to the same attendee record — for the funnel report, no-show analysis, and the post-event activity breakdown.

05 / Analytics, in depth

Reports as you need them. Custom, on live data, ready on demand.

Build the report your event actually needs, on data that refreshes as the event runs. Registration progress, ticket-type breakdowns, funnel by segment, on-site flow, comms performance, financials. Every dashboard is live in the platform, every report is exportable.

  • 01
Contextual dashboards The platform surfaces the metrics that matter for the event you're actually running — not every metric for every event type. Registration funnel, on-site flow, comms performance, financials.
  • 02
Reports, when dashboards aren't enough Sorted, filtered, exportable. Across every module: registration, program, networking, expo, web app, financials.
  • 03
Out through the API REST API, webhooks, Zapier, and direct delivery to BigQuery, Snowflake, or your warehouse of choice. The data leaves the platform in the shape your stack expects.
  • 04
One identity, end to end Registration, check-in, app activity, sponsor scans, post-event survey — tied to the same attendee record. The funnel reports are real, not stitched.

Common questions

Event management, answered.

What does "end-to-end event management" actually cover?

Registration with branded forms and multiple attendee types. Communications — confirmation flows, reminders, post-event follow-ups across email, SMS, and WhatsApp. On-site check-in with access control, badge printing, and real-time capacity tracking. The attendee app with agenda, networking, and live polling. Sponsor and exhibitor management. Analytics across the full funnel. All in one platform, all sharing the same data model.

Can Eventtia replace a stack of separate tools?

That's how most of our customers use it. A typical setup before Eventtia is one tool for registration, another for emails, a third for the on-site app, a spreadsheet for check-in, and a manual export for reporting. Eventtia consolidates that into a single source of truth. The cost saving is real, but the bigger gain is the data — one attendee record that follows the person from registration through check-in to post-event report.

How is pricing structured?

By attendee volume and the modules you actually use. No mystery-quote process — our pricing is published, and you can size it yourself with the calculator on /pricing. License is twelve months, paid up front, and includes implementation, support, and version upgrades. For high-volume programs or multi-entity setups we run a custom quote — usually a short call to scope it.

How fast can we go live?

A simple registration form can be live the same day. The platform is in production from day one; nothing waits on us.

In practice, most first events take a few days. Not because the platform isn't ready, but because the program isn't. Agenda still moving, branding still in review, sponsor list still in flux. That work happens with any tool; we just don't add to it.

Bespoke programs with custom workflows, complex integrations, or multi-event journeys with on-site operations land in the four to six week range, run by our team alongside yours. When the timeline is tight, we can move at your pace.

Where does our data live?

You choose. Eventtia operates with legal entities in Europe and infrastructure available in both the EU and the US, so attendee data can be stored on whichever side of the Atlantic matches your compliance posture. Same platform, same features — the choice is yours, not ours.

How does Eventtia compare to Cvent, Bizzabo, Whova, or EventMobi?

The short version: more flexibility on registration and branding, a real API across every module, transparent pricing, and twelve-month licenses instead of three-year lock-ins. The longer version is on the dedicated comparison pages — vs. Cvent, vs. Bizzabo, vs. Whova, vs. EventMobi. If you're evaluating one specifically, those pages are the fastest read.

Tell us what your event program needs to do.

Every organization runs events differently. A short call, no deck, and we'll tell you whether Eventtia is the right tool for your program — or whether it isn't. Most teams publish their first event page the same week.
