Analytics

Every event becomes data. Live in the platform.

Real-time, contextual dashboards inside Eventtia — the platform shows you only the metrics that matter for the event you're actually running. The same data flows out through an open API, webhooks, Zapier, and direct datalake delivery to wherever your business already runs.

Configurable columns

Pick the fields you need, drop the rest. Save the view per role, per team, per recurring report.

Filter everything

Date ranges, status, ticket type, custom field values, attendee segments. Build the exact slice you need.

Export to Excel

Every report exports cleanly to Excel and CSV. The same data you see in the platform, ready for the spreadsheet your team already runs on.

Out to your stack

Through the API. Into your data warehouse.

Eventtia keeps the dashboards above live in the platform — and pushes the same data, in real time, into the rest of the systems your business already runs on.

01 / API, webhooks, automation

Open API. Push events anywhere.

Webhooks, Zapier, N8N — your data, in your tools.

Every event operation is an API endpoint. Every state change can fire a webhook. Connect Eventtia to HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Mailchimp, Slack, your data warehouse, your custom internal tools — through direct integration if your team builds it, or through Zapier and N8N if you'd rather not.

The platform is open by design. Zapier covers thousands of destinations through ready-made zaps — registration triggers, attendee updates, payment events. N8N gives self-hosted teams full control over automation flows. Webhooks handle real-time pushes the moment something happens. The data goes where you need it, in the way you need it, without waiting for a single-purpose connector to exist.

02 / Datalake delivery

For the BI team. Direct into your warehouse.

Snowflake. BigQuery. Redshift. Power BI. Tableau. Looker.

For enterprise organizations running events as part of a broader business intelligence picture, Eventtia delivers data directly into your warehouse. Scheduled syncs, full event records, attendee profiles, transaction logs, attendance data — all in the format your BI tools expect. Your event data joins your sales pipeline, your marketing performance, your customer lifetime value calculations.

Events stop being a separate analytics silo and become part of how the business is measured. The data structure is documented, sync intervals are configurable, and integration is supported through implementation. For organizations where event data feeds executive reporting, this is the layer that closes the loop.

Built into the platform

Operational defaults that hold up under audit.

— Real-time

Data updates as the event runs.

Every action — registration, payment, scan, comms event — is reflected in dashboards within seconds. No nightly batches, no stale numbers during the moments that matter most.

— Cross-event

Patterns across the program, not just one event.

Returning attendees, channel performance over time, conversion deltas across editions. The platform retains every event's record so the program-level data deepens with each event you run.

— Export

CSV, Excel, scheduled reports.

Every report exports directly. Schedule recurring exports delivered via email or webhook. Useful for finance reconciliation, internal distribution, ad-hoc analysis.

— Documented API

Every endpoint, every webhook, in the docs.

Developer documentation covers the full API surface and webhook events. Examples in multiple languages. Rate limits and authentication patterns explicit. The same API your custom integrations and AI agents operate against.

— GDPR + retention

Data lifecycle the way compliance expects.

Consent capture, export on request, deletion on request, configurable retention windows. The technical foundations for GDPR are built in; the choices specific to your use stay with you as the data controller.

— Audit trail

Who did what, when, in the platform.

Every administrative action logged — user, action, timestamp, affected record. Available in the platform and exportable. For compliance audits, internal reviews, and the inevitable "wait, what changed?" moment.

Registration → Communications → Check-in → Analytics

Analytics is where the cycle pays back.

Every action that came before — the registration captured, the comms sent, the check-in scanned — feeds the analytics layer. The platform reports across the full lifecycle because the platform ran the full lifecycle. Numbers don't need reconciliation; they're already aligned. And the data isn't stuck inside Eventtia: it flows to the systems your business actually runs on.

Common questions

Analytics, answered.

What kinds of data does Eventtia capture?

Every action across the event lifecycle creates a data point: registrations, approvals, payments, communications sent and engaged with, session check-ins, zone access, profile updates, host activity, and post-event responses. All of it is captured in real time and tied to a single attendee record. Eventtia retains the full event record so each new edition deepens the program-level data over time.

Can I build custom dashboards in the platform?

Yes. Configure dashboards per event or across your event program. Choose the metrics that matter, save the views, share them with the right team or role. Reports update in real time as the event runs and remain available afterward.

Does Eventtia integrate with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRMs?

Yes, through several paths. Eventtia provides a full REST API and webhooks that fire on every state change, so direct integration is possible if your team builds it. For teams who prefer no-code, ready-made Zapier zaps push registration and event data to thousands of destinations including HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Mailchimp, and Slack. N8N is also supported for self-hosted automation flows. Eventtia does not ship native single-purpose connectors because the open approach scales further — your data goes to whatever system your business runs on, in the way it expects.

Is there a public API?

Yes. Every event operation is an API endpoint — registrations, attendees, sessions, communications, check-ins, payments, reports. The API is documented and rate-limited per plan tier. Custom integrations, internal tools, and AI agents can read from and write to the platform programmatically. The API is also the foundation for the MCP server Eventtia is building for the agentic era.

Are webhooks supported?

Yes. Webhooks fire on every relevant event — new registration, status change, payment confirmed, check-in scanned, comms delivered, and more. Configure endpoints per event or per organization. Each webhook delivers the full record, signed for verification. Real-time push to your systems without polling the API.

Can I use Zapier and N8N with Eventtia?

Yes. The Eventtia Zapier app exposes triggers and actions for the most common event operations — new registration, attendee updated, session joined, payment received. Build no-code flows that push to thousands of Zapier destinations. N8N support uses the same API and webhook surface, giving self-hosted automation teams full control.

Can Eventtia push data to my data warehouse or BI tools?

Yes, for enterprise organizations. Eventtia delivers data directly to data warehouses including Snowflake, BigQuery, and Redshift. From there, your existing BI tools — Power BI, Tableau, Looker — work as they would with any other source. Sync intervals are configurable. Data structure is documented. Integration is supported through implementation.

Can I export event data as CSV or Excel?

Yes. Every report and view exports to CSV or Excel directly from the platform. Custom exports can be scheduled, with the resulting file delivered via email or pushed to a webhook on completion. Useful for ad-hoc analysis, finance reconciliation, and post-event reporting.

How long is event data retained?

Event records are retained for the duration of your subscription. For organizations with specific retention requirements — GDPR right-to-erasure, internal data lifecycle policies, regulated industries — retention windows can be configured per event or per attendee field. Deletion is supported at the attendee, event, or organization level.

Is the platform GDPR-compliant?

Yes. Eventtia provides the technical foundations required for GDPR compliance — consent capture, data export on request, deletion on request, retention configuration, audit logs of access. As with any compliance posture, the organization remains the data controller and is responsible for the consent flows and retention choices specific to their use.

Can I see analytics across multiple events, not just one?

Yes. Cross-event analytics surface trends across editions of a recurring event, comparisons between events in your program, and patterns at the organizational level — returning attendees, channel performance over time, conversion deltas. The platform retains every event's record so the program-level data deepens with each event you run.

Is there an audit trail of who did what in the platform?

Yes. Every administrative action is logged — user, action, timestamp, affected record. The audit log is available in the platform and exportable. Required for compliance audits, internal reviews, and investigation when something looks off.
