Event pages

The front door of every event you run.

Branded event pages that update live from the platform that runs them. Speakers, program, ticket types, sponsors — the page reflects your event as it actually is, on any device. No code, no separate tools, no copy-paste between systems.

A real Eventtia event page — light-themed format. A real Eventtia event page — dark-themed brand event. A real Eventtia event page — third format.
Pages, in the wild

From brand activations to global summits to scientific conferences. Same platform, your aesthetic.

A sample of the range. Each page renders live from the platform that runs it. Speakers, program, tickets, sponsors. In whatever aesthetic the event calls for.

How it works

A focused builder. Nine building blocks. Every one earns its place.

Hero, content, buttons, speakers, activities, ticket types, sponsors, location, FAQ.

The library is intentionally focused. Every section corresponds to either a real piece of event data or a proven conversion pattern. No empty containers, no custom HTML blocks, no design-from-scratch canvases. You drop a section, configure it through a form, and move on.

You choose the palette, the typography, the imagery, the section order, the dark or light treatment. The platform harmonizes the rest — hierarchy, spacing, and the conversion patterns that make registration actually convert. You can't accidentally publish a bad event page, but you can absolutely make it yours.

Multilingual

One page. Every language your attendees speak.

Up to fifteen languages, including CJK and right-to-left scripts — at the section level.

Every editable field has a language toggle. Hero subtitles, FAQ answers, ticket descriptions, calls to action — same section, parallel translations. One page, multiple languages, no second site to maintain. The attendee lands on the version that matches their browser, their region, or the link they received.

For a Geneva summit running across French, German, and English. A Barcelona launch in Catalan and Spanish. A Tokyo press preview in Japanese and English. The difference between a multilingual program and three disconnected sites that drift apart over time — and the difference between an event that respects its audience and one that asks them to translate the platform themselves.

Built into every event page

Operational defaults that don't need a developer.

— Live data

Speakers, program, tickets — pulled, never pasted.

Every section that maps to a platform module renders live. Add a speaker, the page reflects it. Sell out a tier, availability updates. No publishing step, no manual sync, no risk that the page lies to an attendee.

— White label

Your brand. Your domain. Your palette.

Colors, typography, logos, imagery — every visible touchpoint is yours. Custom domains and subdomains supported. The attendee sees your organization, not Eventtia.

— Mobile

Responsive without a separate build.

Every section adapts to mobile, tablet, and desktop. The editor includes a device toggle so you see exactly how the page renders on each before publishing. No mobile site to maintain.

— Search & LLM ready

Built to rank. Built to be quoted.

Structured data for events, speakers, FAQs, and locations is generated automatically. Meta tags, canonicals, and sitemaps are handled. Search engines crawl it cleanly; large language models extract event details accurately.

— Custom scripts

Drop in your analytics, tracking, or chat.

Plausible, Mixpanel, ad pixels, chat widgets — paste the snippet into page settings and it executes after the page loads. Sandboxed in a try/catch, so a misbehaving third-party script can't take the page down with it.

— Access controls

Private events, age-gated events, accounted for.

Password-protect a private collection preview or an internal launch. Age-gate an alcohol launch or any adult-only event. Both are toggle-and-go from page settings, no custom development.

The page → registration → check-in → analytics

The event page is one piece of the registration cycle.

The page is where attendees discover the event, register, and return for updates. The data captured flows into communications, on-site check-in, and post-event analytics — without exports or sync. The page isn't a marketing artifact. It's the front door of an integrated platform that runs the full event lifecycle.

Common questions

Event pages, answered.

What is the Eventtia event page builder?

A drag-and-drop editor built into the Eventtia platform that lets event organizers publish a branded event page without coding. Sections like hero, registration, program, speakers, sponsors, and FAQ pull live from the platform's data — so the page reflects the current state of the event automatically.

Do I need technical skills to build an event page?

No. The editor is visual and section-based. You add a section from a fixed library, configure it through forms, and publish. There is no HTML, CSS, or JavaScript to write. Most teams launch a first page within a day.

What sections can I add to an event page?

The library covers the components an event page actually needs: hero, content blocks (text, image, text and image), buttons, speakers, activities, ticket types, sponsors, location, and FAQ. The list is intentionally focused — every section corresponds to a real piece of event data or a proven conversion pattern.

Does the event page update automatically when I change the program or add a speaker?

Yes. The page renders live from platform data. Add a speaker in the Speakers module and the speakers section reflects it. Sell out a ticket tier and the registration section shows it as sold out. Edit a session time and the program section updates. There is no separate publishing step or manual sync.

Can I use my own domain and brand on the event page?

Yes. Event pages run on your custom domain or subdomain, with your brand applied across colors, typography, and imagery. The attendee sees your organization, never Eventtia. White label is end to end — pages, registration, communications, tickets, and badges.

Are Eventtia event pages multilingual?

Yes, at the section level. The platform supports up to fifteen languages including English, French, Spanish, Catalan, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Arabic, and Hebrew. CJK and right-to-left scripts render correctly. Every editable field has a language toggle, the attendee lands on the version that matches their browser or region, and there are no parallel sites to maintain.

Are event pages mobile-responsive?

Yes. Every section is responsive by design. The editor includes a desktop and mobile preview toggle so you can see how the page renders on each before publishing. No separate mobile build.

Can I embed parts of the event page on my main website?

Yes. The registration form, ticket selector, and program block can be embedded on an external site via iframe or API. The data stays synced with the platform. Many organizations run a marketing site on their main domain and use Eventtia for the registration and event-specific pages.

Can I add my own analytics or tracking scripts to the event page?

Yes. From page settings, paste any third-party JavaScript snippet — Plausible, Mixpanel, ad pixels, chat widgets, or custom code. The script executes after the page loads with access to the DOM. It runs sandboxed in a try/catch, so a misbehaving third-party script can't take the page down with it. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are configured separately from the event settings.

Is the event page optimized for search engines and AI tools?

Yes. Every event page generates structured data (Schema.org) for events, FAQs, speakers, and locations. Meta tags, canonical URLs, and sitemaps are produced automatically. The schema is built so search engines crawl it cleanly and large language models extract event details accurately. The page ships SEO-ready — no setup required.

Can I make an event page private with password protection?

Yes. Toggle password protection in page settings and visitors are required to enter the password before viewing the page. Useful for private collection previews, internal launches, board dinners, or any event where the page itself shouldn't be public. The password is set at the page level — no per-attendee credentials.

Can the event page be age-restricted?

Yes. Age restriction is a built-in setting for events promoting adult products — alcohol launches, age-restricted experiences, or content with regulatory requirements. Visitors enter their birthdate before viewing the page; those below the configured minimum age are blocked. Toggle-and-configure, no custom logic.

How long does it take to launch an event page?

A working page can be published the same day. A polished, fully branded page with full program, speakers, and registration is typically ready within a few days. The main work is the content — the platform handles structure, design, and integration.

What happens to the event page after the event ends?

The page persists. Components adapt to the event lifecycle: registration sections close, agenda becomes archive, and a recap can be added. The same URL becomes the post-event reference for attendees, sponsors, and search engines.

How does the event page connect to the rest of Eventtia?

The event page is the front door of the platform. Registration flows directly into the attendee database. Communications target the same audience. Check-in operates on the same records. Analytics report across the full lifecycle. There is one source of truth for the event.

Is the event page builder included in every Eventtia plan?

The event page builder is part of the core Eventtia platform — not an add-on. Every event managed through Eventtia gets a page. Capabilities like custom domains, advanced branding, and multi-entity portals depend on the plan.
