Unlimited events. Attendee-based. No surprises.

Eventtia is one of the few enterprise event platforms that puts pricing on the website. Pick your volume, pick your currency, see the number. The team confirms the quote on the call.

per-registration fees. Most event platforms add roughly $3.95 + 1.95% per ticket: about $7,850 in fees alone on a 1,000-attendee event, on top of the subscription. Here, the number above is the number you pay.

Every plan includes implementation, support & version upgrades — and a live walkthrough with your own event in it, before you sign.

Beyond 10,000 attendees

Enterprise. By the user, not the attendee.

For organizations running event programs at scale — ten or fifty events a year, multi-region teams, global brand requirements. Licensed per admin user, not per attendee. Custom proposal, dedicated rep.

Optional & on top

Add what you need. Skip what you don’t.

All add-ons are optional. Scoped at signing, never auto-added.

Premium customer support

Named CSM, priority response times, working-session hours bundled in. Defaults are good; this is for teams running events month after month.

SMS alerts for attendees

Trigger SMS messages from the platform — reminders, day-of logistics, last-minute changes. Per-message pricing transparent at signing.

SSO (Single Sign-On)

SAML 2.0 integration with Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace. Required for most enterprise procurement.

Custom event calendars

Publish your full upcoming event calendar on your own website, branded to your visual identity.

“Notify me” forms

Gather audience interest before announcing the event. Capture emails, segment by event type, sync to your CRM.

White label & custom domains

Your URL, your email sender, your visual identity end to end. The attendee never sees the word “Eventtia.”

Common questions

Pricing, answered.

How does the credit model actually work?

One credit equals one registration. You buy a pool of credits for 12 months. You can run unlimited events during that period — 500 credits can spread across 10 events or concentrate in one big one.

If you exceed your credits mid-year, you can top up at the rate locked in by your license. No surprise per-ticket fees, no module charges hiding in the contract.

What if we use all our credits before the year is up?

Top up with an additional attendee pack. Contact your account manager or email help@eventtia.com — the rate is locked in by your current license, no contract renegotiation.

Which plan do most teams pick?

Premium. It covers everything Essential does plus the branded mobile app and virtual stage — the two features that show up in most enterprise event briefs once we start digging.

Essential is right for teams running simpler operational events (training, internal kickoffs, single-venue conferences). Networking is for B2B and matchmaking-driven events specifically.

Which currencies can I pay in?

USD, EUR, GBP are published on this page. We also support Canadian Dollars, Swiss Francs, Mexican Pesos, and Colombian Pesos — the sales team puts together a quote in the right currency for your market on the call.

What does the buying process look like?

One. Pick your plan, volume, and currency above, then book a call.

Two. 30-minute fit conversation. We confirm the right plan and any add-ons.

Three. Tailored quote. Wire transfer or card. We configure your account and schedule an onboarding session.

Four. 2–3 week onboarding. Customer Success is there as long as you need them after.

Is there a free trial?

No free trial. Eventtia is 12-month-license enterprise software, configured for your team and your event program. We do offer a live product walkthrough during the discovery call where we set up a working demo with your event in it.

If you want to ask questions before the call, the Evia chat right above can answer most pricing, feature, and process questions on the spot.

Question not on the list?

Ask Evia. She knows the pricing matrix cold.

Exact prices for any volume between the slider stops. Currency conversions for regions not in the dropdown. Help picking between Premium and Networking. Whatever you need to confirm before the call.
